REFUND POLICY
 

  1. Due to the nature of digital products we cannot prevent a customer from using it after it has been downloaded, therefore we do not, under any circumstances, provide refunds on digital product purchases. We have record of the all purchases and downloads. If you have made a purchase but have not attempted a download, then you are eligible for a refund. If our records reflect a download, then you are not eligible for a refund.

  2. We provide a free detailed sample of each of our products for your review before purchase which should help you to make an informed decision about purchasing our games.

  3. Box Set upgrades are available if you change your mind and decide on a box. 

  4. Refunds for Box Sets are available upon return of the unopened product.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.
